2. Prepaid Orders

• Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above 499 rupees.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• 7-Day Window: Customers must initiate any return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.

• Self-Return: The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us for a return.

• Self-Exchange: If you wish to exchange a product, the customer must handle the shipping for the exchange process within the 7-day period.

4. Condition & Eligibility

• Original State: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with original tags, and in original packaging.

• Verification: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all transactions.
